The Ken Kennedy Institute for Information Technology at Rice University is excited to announce that it will again be hosting a week-long High-Performance Computing Summer Institute this coming summer. The Institute will start the morning of Monday May 16, 2011 and run through the afternoon of Friday, May 20, 2011. Each day will consist of in-class instructions by leading experts on a variety of topics complemented by hands-on laboratory sessions using local high performance systems.

The main examples and exercises will be formulated in C. Those who wish can easily translate the lessons learned into a Fortran environment.

There will be limited capacity, max 40 attendees, for the Institute and registration will be first come first served.
