The Ken Kennedy Institute at Rice University has awarded over one million dollars in fellowships to more than 100 graduate students. In keeping with the institute's mission to advance research in the fields of computing, data science, and information technology, fellowships provided through the Ken Kennedy Institute help to further the institute's goal of providing broad support for a strong community of research experimentation that challenges traditional disciplinary limits.
Each year the Ken Kennedy Institute for Information Technology accepts applications and nominations for Industry Sponsored Graduate Fellowships and CS&E Graduate Recruiting Fellowships for the academic year.
To be eligible, the candidate must be a master or doctoral level student in good standing at Rice University. See additional requirements for each of the different fellowships. All fellowships are subject to availability of funds.
