The Ken Kennedy Institute Distinguished Lecture Series brings leaders in the field of information technology from both academia and industry to Rice to speak about the impact their work has had on the broader field of information technology.
The Technology, Cognition & Culture Lecture Series traces the evolution of information technologies and their influence on civilization. It is sponsored jointly with the Humanities Research Center and the Fondren Library.
The Technology, Society & Public Policy Lecture Series is sponsored jointly with the James. A. Baker Institute for Public Policy and the Fondren Library. This series focuses on social, political, and legal issues that have emerged from the information revolution that touches most aspects of our daily lives.
